In detail the Villa is as follows:
1) Entrance Level
This level of the villa consists of a wide lounge area, with a fireplace and a large terrace with a wonderful sea-view over the Bay of Naples and the island of Capri. On this level there is also one of the suites with sea-view.
2) Lower Level:
Going down one level, by private lift or staircase, there is a floor where you will find the other three suites with terrace and sea-view (two of them can be used as triple-room).
All rooms are furnished with traditional warm colors and bright ceramic floor tiles coming from “Vietri sul mare”.
3) Ground Level:
On the ground level, which is reachable either by private lift or staircase, there is a large living area with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and direct access to the terrace where you can find the sun-beds, the barbeque and the wood oven pizza. From there, you can easily reach the swimming pool area.

In detail it is composed by a main building with three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus an annex with other two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In the main building there is a large kitchen/living room environment where you can enjoy Sorrentine lunches and dinners that you can eat outside in one of the different terraces at your disposal. The kitchen is provided with electrical oven, microwave oven and washing machine; in the living room there is a satellite television plus a double sofa bed for extra guests.

The inviting pool is set in the garden and on the roof you will find a mini- pool Jacuzzi waiting to be enjoyed. The villa is subdivided into two separate units: the main house and the Saracen tower.

THE HOUSE

On the ground floor of the main house, we have a fireplace, a bedroom with two beds, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower, along with a master bedroom, which has its own private bathroom. The bathroom belonging to the master bedroom includes a tub and a shower.
On the ground floor, we have an additional bedroom, closet with a bathroom, a washing machine, an iron and other required essentials for laundering purposes.
A wide and convenient granite staircase, with large windows that overlook the garden, leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there is another living room, complete with a satellite TV featuring Sky. This room leads to a beautiful terrace on which there is a marble dining table for 10 to 12 people. The terrace is covered by a pergola and connected to a kitchen which is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, toaster, electric kettle, blender, oven and dishwasher.

The kitchen is also generously equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, breakfast cups, place mats and all the other daily necessities. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom, which is built on two levels and has a bathroom with a tub, a dressing room and a TV with My Sky. The other bedroom has two single beds, a dressing room and quite a large bathroom with a shower.
Another huge terrace, which is partly covered by a pergola, can be reached from this terrace thanks to a very convenient staircase. It is fully equipped with sun chairs, tables, sofas and armchairs with pillows. It has a magnificent mini Jacuzzi pool (heated) for 4 to 6 people. Take a deep breath, as you will enjoy a beautiful view of the bright blue sea!

The house has a very spacious patio, which is also covered and equipped with tables, sofas and armchairs. Furthermore, the villa has a huge garden with comfortable sun chairs and tables that are arranged under an olive tree overlooking the sea. There is a very large porch at your disposal, should you choose to read a wonderful book in quietude and concentration. It is made of stones and conveniently equipped with comfortable tables and plush chairs.
You will find two added and welcome features, that being a characteristic well and a convenient pizza oven under the porch area, should you feel adventurous and may want to discover your hidden talent as a “Pizzaiolo”, pizza maker.

THE TOWER

The second unit is an ancient Saracen tower which was beautifully restored and incorporated into this unit.
The structure is unique and equipped with every comfort one can possibly imagine, so that life at its best may be enjoyed in the villa This early sixteenth century Saracen tower is beautiful and extremely comfortable. On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double sofa bed, a television and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor has an enchanting bedroom with a double bed and a French one, a bathroom with a shower, a television, a refrigerator, an espresso machine by Nespresso ® , air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. The bedroom offers a magnificent view of the surroundings of Sorrento from its double windows.

An extremely well accessorised terrace with sofas, armchairs and a fantastic sea view completes the tower. Viewing from this tower will make one’s imagination go wild, as you may picture a ship filled with the infamous invaders “Saracens” navigating their way to the nearby coast.
There are three entrance ways to the villa: the main one is located on a small porch from the 1900′s, the second entrance is in the garden and an additional one is in the parking lot. A pergola covers the parking area, which contains two parking spaces and an electric gate.
The villa has beautiful terra cotto tile decorations both indoors and out, making it a very typical Mediterranean style dwelling.
The house has 5 bedrooms and bathrooms and another smaller service bathroom. There is a total amount of 12 sleeping spots. It is fully equipped, also with heating and airconditioning throughout, which makes it conveniently possible to live there year round.

Villa Perla consists of an indoor space, which is approximately 400 sq.m. large and an outside area with a garden which is accurately maintained. There is also a parking near the entrance of the property.

The villa is composed by 3 levels:

The first level is on the ground floor and it is provided with a huge living room which is approximately 120 sq.m. large, divided into different zones: a dining table that can accommodate up to 20 people; a living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace;, a sitting area with comfortable sofas; TV area with High-tech TV, Bose, computer area, Sat Tv. The hall is connected from different openings to the garden, where there are the outside terrace and the kitchen, that is provided with huge work benches made of stainless steel in order to better organize your dinners, big fridges, ice maker and all the tools and accessories that can occur, all of them made of top quality material. By the way, a cook can be at your disposal (on request at an extra cost)
In the living room there is a bathroom for the guests.

All bedrooms are on the upper floors of the villa and they have an en-suite bathroom.
Furthermore all of them are provided with orthopedic mattresses, in 2 bedrooms there are memory form mattresses, in 3 of the bedrooms there is safe as well and 4 bedrooms are provided with minibars. Finally, in 4 bedrooms there is a king-size bed, while in 1 bedroom there is a queen- size bed.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with all comforts; 1 bedroom is provided with a Jacuzzi and offers the opportunity of experiencing the chromo-therapy. Describing the view from Villa Turchese would be like expressing impressions of a painting from a famous artist! It is a unique and breathtaking experience. Mother nature spared no expense, as the villa is totally surrounded by a green miracle.
The property lies on a typical terraced Sorrento garden where several facilities such as the swimming pool area equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, a mini pool Jacuzzi, a barbecue area, a fire brick oven where you might even be tempted to create your own Neapolitan Pizza also known as Margherita! The list goes on with a small soccer pitch, a ping pong table and a private parking area. The view of the entire Bay of Naples with the Vesuvio just in front of you is something to be relished!
The terraced garden of the villa is also the seat of two outdoor buildings where three out of the six bedrooms are located.
Villa Turchese, in fact, is composed of six bedrooms, four in the main body along with three bathrooms and the other two are located in the outdoor building.

All bathrooms have showers; in the main body there is a bath tub in one of the bathrooms. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. The main body itself is divided into two levels: the bedroom area is located on the upper floor together with two out of the three bathrooms; the third bathroom is downstairs next to the kitchen, a modern and fully equipped facility at that! All rooms and lounges are fully air conditioned of course.

It is equipped with elevators, it has private access to the sea, also accessible by private funicular, private parking, air conditioning with innovative system of diffusion, heating and free WI-FI connection.
The outdoor swimming pool, framed by two maritime pines, located on a terrace overlooking the sea, with panoramic seating with whirlpool, is the perfect place to relax enjoying the scent of the flower garden that surrounds it.

All rooms are super scenic and enjoy an amazing view of Marina del Cantone and “Li Galli” Islands.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ambra, but if you come by car you can park it for free in the private parking area inside the gate.
You will reach the rooms of the villa from the parking area and from the entrance gate directly with a private elevator or through an external stone staircase of about 30 steps.
The villa has large outdoor areas of about 500 square meters that will allow you to enjoy maximum privacy.
The private swimming pool is set directly on the sea, equipped with hydro-massage seats and it is 3.90 meters wide, 9 meters long and 1.20 to 1.70 meters deep. The frame of green lawn overlooking the pool, is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor hot shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, Marina del Cantone and “Li Galli” islands. The swimming pool is open all year.

The terrace on the ground floor surrounding the villa is about 140 square meters, the area in front of the large living room has a fully furnished seating area and a dining area with a large table of 3 meters located under an ancient olive tree. This area is equipped with curtains that create the atmosphere of a comfortable patio.
The top floor is equipped with a large terrace with flowerbeds that lead to the bedrooms (four in total), all panoramic and furnished with great taste.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is equipped with amenities such as satellite television, a safe, air conditioning and heating. Each en-suite bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a magnifying mirror, a hairdryer and a dedicated courtesy set.

The ground floor is reachable by private elevator or by going down the external stone stairs. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace surrounding the villa adorned with flower beds that frame the various outdoor areas equipped (seating area, dining area, brick barbecue and pizza oven).
The living room consists of a large and bright panoramic lounge with seating area equipped with open furniture with satellite TV and furnished with three elegant sofas and a dining area with a large table. The living room, projected directly on the panoramic terrace-patio facing the pool, is equipped with air conditioning, heating and telephone.

From the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enter the equipped terrace with a built-in barbecue and a wood-burning oven for pizzas. You will reach the kitchen from both the living room and the terrace.

The guests’ bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will reach the bathroom from the corridor.
The laundry is equipped with washing machine, iron and board. You will reach the laundry room from the corridor.
The service room is equipped with single bed, wardrobe, bedside table with attached bathroom with shower and toilet. You will reach the service room through the laundry room.
The villa will be supplied with linen and beach towels of first quality; boat, chef, pizza maker and other services are available on request.
In the property there is also a guesthouse with other 2 bedrooms (both with en suite bathroom) and it can accommodate 14 people in total.
