Italy, Campania, Massa Lubrense
This unique rental property lies between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense, an ideal location while visiting the area of Sorrento, Pompei, Naples and the Amalfi Coast.
The house is accessed by its own private gate; it’s part of a nineteenth century villa and has been newly renovated by its young owners. They tastefully decorated this fabulous home starting from its furnishings right down to the lamps.
No expense was spared as the best known European designers were consulted and hired in completing the project. One of its main features is the amazing 180 degree breathtaking view which can be enjoyed both from the living rooms and from the large private terraces surrounding them. Also an amazing view of the Island of Capri can be enjoyed, while comfortably lying down and resting. Visitors are struck by the contrasting dazzling white of the house and the bright blue sea creating a perfect atmosphere after a long day trip.
The main terrace at the ground floor has a beautiful Minipool with a gorgeous view on the gulf.
The property is developed on two floors: the ground floor is where the large living room is located which has access to the terrace. This area is furnished with sun beds, a set of table and chairs, kitchen, one double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a bathroom which includes a bathtub; a double bedroom which also has access to a panoramic terrace. This cozy and spacious home has all the comforts one could ask for and last but not least it is fully air conditioned and offers to its guests a smart TV as well as Netflix.
The property is located not far from the beach of Marina del Cantone in Nerano, an ancient fishing village that today is a renowned tourist resort with a small town surrounded by villas, hotels and some of the best starred restaurants of the peninsula. The location of the villa is the ideal starting point to visit the most beautiful surrounding tourist attractions: the charming Sorrento on the magnificent Amalfi’s coast is dotted with several lively restaurants and bars; two popular destinations you cannot miss are the island of Capri, a treasure of natural beauty, and the ruins of Pompeii, the most visited archeological site in the world included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. Not too far there is also Naples, famous for its art and history, rich in Baroque churches and palazzos. You will enjoy the city from every points of view: food here is some of the best in Italy.
Having a breakfast or drinking a cocktail looking towards the Tyrrhenian Sea is always a magic experience.
