The window brightens and generously opens up the area, offering the possibility to enjoy the amazing view even while lounging on the sofas.
From here you can reach the kitchen, a small toilet area and the solarium.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and other small and useful appliances such as a microwave oven and toaster.
The terrace is about 35 square meters and has access to the large solarium (top floor) furnished with deck chairs for unforgettable moments, sunbathing or simply to enjoy a lovely glass of local wine. The second level is connected to the first tanks to an internal spiral staircase. You will reach a cozy sitting room furnished with sofas, it is brightened up due to the presence of a panoramic window. From here you can access all 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; you will find two of the bathrooms containing showers and the other with a bath tub as well. Next to the bathrooms you will find a laundry room for your convenience.
On this floor two small gardens and the terrace/solarium are located measuring about 80 square meters. The terrace features two outdoor showers (one hot and one cold), deck chairs and small tables for delightful moments outdoors.
