Villa Beatrice offers a beautiful pool to live hours of relax with family and friend, a spacious garden equipped with a barbecue area to make more livelier your summer feasts, a wonderful billiards for your indoor fun, a lovely fireplace which makes the ambiance warmer and comfortable on colder days. The villa offers enchanting panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and over San Gimignano in the distance. The villa interiors are tastefully furnished with some antique pieces. Beside the main house, this property also offers a small outbuilding with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom by the pool.
At guest’s disposal:
– large, fenced and furnished garden (5.500 m2) – private swimming pool (12,5 x 6,5 m – maximum depth 2,5 m)
– shaded furnished porch with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area: the ideal place where guests can enjoy an al-fresco dinner

Extra services: baby bed is available by arrangement at € 50,- / per week to be paid locally. Maid and cook service for excellent meals based on Tuscany recipes available by arrangement (price to be agreed at the time the booking is confirmed). The location is ideal to visit some of the most charming towns in Tuscany such as Sciano with food shops and pizzeria approx. 5,5 km away, Barberino Val D’elsa with all kinds of shops and tennis court 6 km away, Certaldo approx. 6 km, San Gimignano with its beautiful towers dating back to the medieval period approx. 30 km, Florence about 40 km away, with its city centre listed as Unesco World Heritage Site and its fresco-decorated churches, marble basilicas and world-class art museums brimming with paintings and sculptures by Botticelli, Michelangelo et al; Siena and Volterra are in a 45-minute drive, the former is likely Italy’s loveliest medieval city, known worldwide for the famous Palio, a horse race run two times every summer around the central piazza Il Campo, the latter is a handsome medieval Tuscan hill-town with medieval and Renaissance buildings, a Roman theater, and Etruscan sites. The medieval hamlet of S. Appiano and Linari is worth a visit. Finally, the small and charming village of Petrognano with ruins of the town of Semifonte destroyed in 1202 by the Florentine, is in a short distance.
