The exterior comprises a private garden with an heated minipool, external shower, sun beds and sun chairs as well as sun umbrellas, sitting and dining areas in order to enjoy relaxing moments, refreshing drinks after a long day touring around or simply for al fresco meals by the pool.

As you enter the property, you will find, a large and welcoming open plan living area complete of a very comfortable sofa and armchair, easy access to the outdoor area via a glass door, as well as dining table with chairs and just around the corner a fully equipped kitchen complete of more than the necessary in order to prepare home cooked meals if needed.
