Villa Zagara is a lovely house situated in Castellammare del Golfo. It is about 3 km far away from the town where you can find basic services. The villa, sunny and quiet, is surrounded by a beautiful garden with ornamental plants and olive trees overlooking two covered verandas and a large solarium next to the pool.
The villa extends over two levels, accessible through the living room, characterized by an elegant style of furniture and an accurate choice of materials used. There is the conversation area with a fireplace that enriches the room creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The functional and wooden kitchen is equipped of all the accessories. A small hallway leads into the sleeping area on the ground floor. There is a double bedroom and a twin room. The interior has linear and elegant furnishings. The bathroom is with shower.
A comfortable staircase leads from the first floor to the living area. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding green countryside, characterized by olive trees and typical plants of the Mediterranean marquis. The first floor provides a kitchenette, set out in the living area, one double bedroom, a twin room and a bathroom with shower.
The Villa is located just few kilometers from the enchanting Guidaloca bay, part of the wild stretch of coast of Castellammare del Golfo. Here you will discover the unspoiled Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro and Scopello, a picturesque old fishing village.
From the property you can easily reach the most beautiful tourist destinations of western Sicily: in just few km you will reach Castellammare del Golfo, the medieval village of Erice, the city centers of Trapani and Marsala where you can visit saltworks with their ancient mills, the Greek sites of Segesta and Selinunte and the Egadi Islands. As well as the capital city Palermo, rich in historical attractions and ancient buildings and the enchanting city of temples, Agrigento, which also boasts fascinating Baroque architecture.
