The villa has an internal area of 350 sqm on two levels, on the ground floor there is a kitchen, a panoramic veranda, a large living room a bathroom and laundry area, On the night floor there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and one suite with anteroom and master double bedroom. In the anteroom there is a comfortable double sofa bed with 18 cm high mattress that can safely accommodate two people, also in this suite there is a bathroom in the room with shower and Jacuzzi. All areas are equipped with air conditioning and wifi broadband connection.

The nearest marina is the Marina di Equa which is only 2.4 km away where there are beaches, restaurants and the port from which ferries leave for Capri and private motorboats for boat tours.
