Villa Bianca, surrounded by a delightful garden, is the ideal place to spend relaxing moments enjoying a wonderful sea view. The villa, which can accommodate up to five people, is located close to Balestrate, a popular seaside resort in the province of Palermo. Its coast is characterized by golden sandy beaches and typical Mediterranean plants along the crystal-clear waters.
The villa is designed in a Mediterranean style and it extends over two levels; you enter inside from the large and bright living room with sea and pool view. Rooms are designed with abundant open space, comfortable and elegant at the same time, both in the furnishings and the choice of colors.
From the veranda fronting the living room, the guest can admire the enchanting sea view and enjoy the breeze that in the evening will give you a pleasant coolness. On the ground floor there is a bathroom.
The first floor is reached by a staircase that leads to the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The adjacent bathroom is with shower.
The master bedroom has a terrace where you can relax or have breakfast in front of a beautiful landscape.
The beach is situated immediately below the house, just 500 meters away and it is partly free and partly private.
Villa Bianca is about 500 mt away from the golden sandy beach of Balestrate.
It is the ideal starting point to visit both the nearest western and the eastern coast of Sicily: the villa is located just few kilometers from the enchanting Guidaloca bay, part of the wild stretch of coast of Castellammare del Golfo. Here you will discover the unspoiled Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro and Scopello, a picturesque old fishing village.
From the property you can easily reach the most beautiful tourist destinations of Sicily: in just few km you will reach Castellammare del Golfo, the medieval village of Erice, the city centers of Trapani and Marsala where you can visit saltworks with their ancient mills, the Greek sites of Segesta and Selinunte and the Egadi Islands. But also the capital city Palermo, rich in historical attractions and ancient buildings and the enchanting city of temples, Agrigento, which also boasts fascinating Baroque architecture.
Having a breakfast or drinking a cocktail looking towards the Mediterranean Sea is always a magic experience.
